3. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance.
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (unless otherwise agreed).
• Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, specifications, quantities, and shipping details before approving production.
• Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Taxes (GST) and shipping charges will be applied where applicable.
• Any quotation provided is valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.

5. Payment

We accept approved payment methods displayed on our website.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is incomplete, unsuccessful, or suspected to be fraudulent.

6. Artwork & File Requirements

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork.

Creative Print Arts is not responsible for:

• Spelling or grammatical errors
• Low-resolution images
• Incorrect colors supplied in artwork
• Improper page sizes or margins
• Hidden layers or missing fonts

Additional design corrections may incur extra charges.

7. Color Variation

Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on mobile devices, tablets, or computer monitors due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes.

Minor color variations shall not be considered defects.

8. Production & Delivery

Production begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Estimated production and delivery times are approximate and may vary due to:

• Order complexity
• Material availability
• Courier delays
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Other circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

9. Shipping

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Customers should inspect packages immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage within 12 hours.

10. Returns & Refunds

As all printed products are customized, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

• Incorrect product supplied
• Manufacturing defect
• Printing error caused by Creative Print Arts

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and order details.

11. Book Publishing Services

For publishing services:

• Authors retain ownership of their original manuscript unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The author confirms that submitted content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• The author is solely responsible for the legality, originality, and accuracy of the submitted manuscript.
• ISBN registration, distribution, editing, and marketing services are governed by the selected publishing package.

12. Copyright

Customers must own or have permission to use all uploaded content.

Creative Print Arts is not responsible for copyright infringement arising from customer-submitted files.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, logos, images, designs, and text are the property of Creative Print Arts unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

15. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, internet outages, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
